1. Health Guarantee- The puppy is sold as a healthy companion pet to the best of the breeder’s knowledge.- The puppy has received age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, and veterinary checks.- Buyer has 72 hours from the time of pickup/delivery to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian.- If a serious genetic or life-threatening condition is found during this period, the buyer may return the puppy with a full refund or exchange (breeder’s discretion).- This guarantee does not cover minor conditions (e.g., parasites, colds, diarrhea, stress-related issues). 2. Buyer’s Responsibilities- Provide proper food, shelter, and veterinary care.- Never allow the puppy to be neglected, mistreated, or abandoned.- The puppy is sold as a pet only unless otherwise agreed in writing.- Breeding rights, if granted, must be and Buyer agrees to send occasional updates/photos to the breeder, showing the puppy’s well-being. 3. Spay/Neuter Agreement (If Applicable) If the puppy is sold as a pet only, the buyer agrees to have the puppy spayed/neutered by 12 months of age and provide proof of the procedure to the breeder. 4. Rehoming Policy If the buyer cannot keep the puppy at any point in the future, the breeder must be contacted first. The puppy may not be surrendered to a shelter, rescue, or sold to a third party without breeder’s written consent.
